The terms “wedding venue” and “event venue” are used descriptively to illustrate the versatility of these properties and the types of private celebrations they may accommodate, including private celebrations of varying sizes, subject to applicable requirements. These terms are not intended to designate a property’s legal classification or suggest that its primary use is as a commercial event facility.
Château St. Cyr, Villa de Lago, and Waverly Manor are privately owned residential estates offered for exclusive short-term stays on select dates. As these properties also serve as private family residences, certain dates may be reserved for the owners’ personal occupancy, family gatherings, and special occasions.
All properties require a minimum three-night reservation. The use of on-site amenities, including the pavilion, is available exclusively in conjunction with an overnight residential stay. Independent rental or use of the pavilions without an accompanying overnight reservation is not permitted.
The Waverly Collection’s properties are intended to provide guests with the experience of enjoying a private residential estate, with gatherings and use of amenities subject to applicable laws, occupancy requirements, and property guidelines.
